EDI Plant Polishing Mixed Bed System
The mchine is using 2stage RO system output pure water as raw water:
1. Raw water : resistivity >1 Mohms; EDI output water: resistivity >11Mohms; MB output water: resistivity 18Mohms.
2. Power supply : 220V/ single phase/ 50Hz (customized)
3. EDI system product water: 0.5m3 / h (water production basis on water temperature 25℃).
4. MB system product water: 1.0m3 / h (water production basis on water temperature 25℃).
5. Application: Industry such as Electronic /Food and beverage /Medicine /Chemical /Petroleum
6. With PMB Resin/ Water Supply Pump/ UV sterilizer/ PP micro Filter/ Regulating Valve/ U-PVC Pipe/ Electric Control Box
Reverse osmosis system is using city water as raw water, then treat water by pre-filter (water softener is optional), reverse osmosis membrane. It can remove particle, colloid, organic impurity, heavy metal ion, bacteria, virus in water, and it can also remove 99% dissolved salt. The whole system desalination rate can reach 97%-99% to make permeated water conductivity<10 us/cm. Dense water also won’t polluted environment.
Double stage reverse osmosis system use the first stage reverse osmosis system output water as raw water to make water to be more pure. Normally output water conductivity less than 2μS/cm.
EDI system: ultrapure water, output resistivity less than 1 Mohms.
Polishing mixed bed system: ultrapure water, output resistivity 18 Mohms.
Used for: pharmaceuticals, electronics, semiconductors etc. which is seriously with the water quality!
Process: raw water→Double stage RO system(buyer supply)→RO pure water tank(buyer supply)→EDI water supply pump→EDI system→EDI pure water tank(buyer supply)→MB water supply pump→UV sterilizerp→precision filter→MB polished mixed bed system→water circulation network(buyer suply)→water back to EDI pure water tank
Some parts function:
| 1. Water supply pump: provide needed pressure for every pre-treatment filter; |
| 2. Quartz sand filter: use fiber glass as housing, fill quartz sand, it can filter big particles impurities, suspended substances, colloids etc. Important to remove iron and sediments you mentioned^^ |
| 3. Activated carbon filter: use fiber glass as housing, fill activated carbon, remove color, odor, residual chlorine and organics substances; |
| 4. Security PP filter: prevent large particles, bacteria, viruses into RO membrane, accuracy is 5µm; |
| 5. High pressure pump: provide needed working pressure for RO system, ensure production capacity of pure water; |
| 6. RO system: can remove particles, colloids, organic impurities, heavy metal ions, bacteria, virus, heat source etc. harmful substances and 99% dissolved salts. |
| 7. UV sterilizer: can continue to kill bacteria even water fill into bottled,viruses,cell damage,atc... |
