Why do you need a iron manganese removal ?

Mainly is to remove the iron and manganese ions in water.

How it works:

Fe (Mn) of groundwater through aeration or adding an oxidizing agent, the water iron (manganese) ions begin oxidized manganese sand filter when the water flows through when contact occurs during filtration and the filter surface oxidation biochemical and physical adsorption interception , so that the water iron (manganese) ions precipitate removed. Especially in the treatment of micro process polluted groundwater manganese, iron, manganese bacteria not only can effectively remove, while ammonia as a nutrient source to the water for metabolism, the participation of the other bacteria, and to achieve the effect of ammonia.

Pretreatment of this system

1.Raw water pump: provide pressure for pretreatment filter

2.Quartz sand filter: filtration the big particle in the source/well/underground water, and make water more clearer

3.Activated carbon filter: remove chlorine,colour,metallic,smell in the water after sand filter.

4.Manganese sand filter: remove iron and manganese ions in water.

5.Security filter: 5um filtration function, remoce the volume larger than 5um from water.
